Hon’ble Mr. Justice (Retd) P.C. Pant is presently a member of the National Human Rights Commission. He joined the U.P. Judicial Services in the year 1976 and retired as a Supreme Court judge in the year 2017.

Here, we got an opportunity to have a one on one conversation with Sir discussing his journey from the trial court to NHRC, his views on the impact of COVID-19. Sir also shared with us his insights on the famous Yakub Memon case.

It was a privilege to receive some words of wisdom from sir on how an individual in the legal fraternity should be and also what changes can improve the Indian Judicial System as a whole.
