Chapter – III: Facts which need not be Proved (Section 56 – 58)

This part deals with the facts that are not to be proved before the Court of Law for them to be admissible. These facts are presumed to be true in the circumstances.

This parts deals with the manner in which oral evidence provided shall be admissible in the Court.

Chapter – V: Of Documentary Evidence (Section 61 – 90-A)

This parts deals with the manner in which documentary evidence provided shall be admissible in the Court.

Chapter – VI: Of the Exclusion of Oral by Documentary Evidence (Section 91 – 100)

This part deals with the manner in which evidences that are documentary in nature, but also have an oral part to them, then the main document itself has to be produced and nothing else for it to be read as a piece of evidence.
